Residential Maintenance Plan :
Hectors A/C recommends to call for a residential
maintenance visit at least once a year.
We would inspect and advice of any needed repairs.
(All repairs done after your approval)
Maintenance Inspections and check up include:
*Voltage reading / compressor *Amps reading on compressors
*Voltage reading / Fan Motor *Amps reading / Fan Motor
*Fan Motors *Fan Blades
*Fan Relays *Contactors
*Circuit Breakers *Capacitors
*Air filters *Indoor Coils
*Outdoor Coil *Condensate Drain Pan
*Drain Pipe *Lubricate oiling Ports
*Check for proper refrigerant charge
*Check for visible refrigerant leaks
*Temperature differential at evaporator coil.
*Temperature differential at condenser coil.
*Air flow coming out from each air diffuser.
