Preventive Maintenance

     Commercial Preventive Maintenance Plan





At least two maintenance visits  per year are recommended to inspect and to advice for any needed repairs.
 (repairs to be done after your approval).

Maintenance Inspection includes:

*Amperage reading / compressors   *Amperage reading / Fan Motors 
     
*Fan Relays                                      *Circuit breakers

*Motor Belts  tension                          *Air Filters

*Crankcase Heaters                            *Limit Switches

*Dust off all electrical components   *Check Motors for operation

*Condensate Drain Pan                     *Drain pipes

*Evaporator Coil                                *Condenser Coil

*Lubrication on Bearings, oiling ports of Fan Motors

*Evaporator temperature differential

*Condenser temperature differential

*Refrigerant proper charge
 
*Check for visible Refrigerant leaks
